What's taking so long to get my Arkansas Concealed Carry license? - concealed carry license
Can anybody say why it takes so long to carry a concealed license in Arkansas. He has successfully completed the training and have delivered all the papers, and a clean criminal record. The longest I've ever heard it is up to 120 days. It was 180 days and counting for me.

The Obama factor is my guess. Arkansas is probably more than normal volume of people who report receiving CHL. This could paralyze things.
CA law requires approval of the Convention was published in 120 days, if you qualify. I would like to ask the authority in your country, what happens so long.
